How to Make Weight Watcher's Breakfast Dumpling
- In bowl beat eggand crumble or tear up bread into pieces. Heat milk in a sauce pan until simmering. Mix vanilla and cinnamon with egg mixture and add to milk. Cover pan and reduce to low heat. Leave for about 2-3 minutes before removing lid.
- Great on a cold morning. Can also do in the microwave. Heat milk about 1 min. add egg mixture and heat again for 1 min. Quick and yummy!
