How to Make Vanilla Bean Pancakes
- Combine first four ingredients in a medium bowl; make well in center.
- Split vanilla bean, and scrape seeds into a small bowl; whisk in milk, oil, and egg until blended.
- Add to well in dry ingredients, stirring until just blended.
- Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle, cooking until the top is covered with bubbles. Turn pancakes and cook other side.
