    pizza crust (in frig tube)
  • 16 oz
    turkey sausage
  • 16 oz
    carton of eggbeaters
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 2 c
    white sauce (or alfredo sauce)
  • 2 c
    mozzarella

How to Make Turkey sausage breakfast pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. ~ Precook turkey sausage (can add Italian or other seasoning) - breaking into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
    ~ Precook eggbeater - breaking into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
    ~ Finely chop onion.
  2. ~ Spray pizza pan and fingers with non-stick spray. Spread crust onto pan.
  3. ~ Spread sauce onto crust, followed by sausage, onion, egg, and mozzarella.
  4. Bake 17-20 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
