The butter will keep the peanut butter from sticking inside your mouth and will go down the throat easier, it really works.

Ingredients

  • 3 slice
    white or whole wheat bread
  • 1 jar(s)
    peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 large
    ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter or margarine

How to Make Tripple layer P Nut butter & banana Sandwich

Step-by-Step

  1. Spread a slice of bread with butter & spread peanut butter or almond butter on top. Slice some banana on top of that. Place another slice of bread on top.
  2. Repeat step 1 on top of 2nd slice.
  3. Top with the 3rd slice of bread. You may add chocolate syrup,honey,marshmallows,chocolate chips,and your favorite ice cream if you'd like to make a dessert out of it.
