  • 1/2 kg
    black grams
  • ·
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 cup
    water as needed
  • ·
    oil
  • 1 c
    jaggery

How to Make sweet vada (jaggery)

Step-by-Step

  1. take a mixer add gram,little bit water then make a thick batter......
  2. add salt , baking soda. and mix well. then take a plastic wrap and apply some water then take some batter with ur hands shaped like a donuts and this is called as vada
  3. and deep fry .take a small beaker add chopped jaggery and 1 cup water let it boil till becomes slightly like caramel...........sticky......now dip the vada in this mixture
