Ingredients
- 1/2 kilogram black grams
- - salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup - water as needed
- - oil
- 1 cup jaggery
How To Make sweet vada (jaggery)

Step 1take a mixer add gram,little bit water then make a thick batter......

Step 2add salt , baking soda. and mix well. then take a plastic wrap and apply some water then take some batter with ur hands shaped like a donuts and this is called as vada

Step 3and deep fry .take a small beaker add chopped jaggery and 1 cup water let it boil till becomes slightly like caramel...........sticky......now dip the vada in this mixture
