My husband & I went to an ant-inflammatory diet class and I have been finding new ways to enjoy food with as little processed food & sugar as possible. Honey is a surprisingly wonderful substitute for sugar, I might even say it's better! Dave's Killer Bread or Ezekiel bread are a healthy choice if you are going to eat bread! I use Dave's Good Seed bread.

Ingredients For sweet toast

  • 1 slice
    dave's killer bread
  • butter
  • 1 pinch
    ground ginger
  • ground cinnamon
  • thinly sliced apple
  • honey

How To Make sweet toast

  • 1
    Spread butter on one side of the bread.
  • 2
    Sprinkle just a pinch of ginger on the buttered bread. Ginger is an anti-inflammatory!

    Sprinkle cinnamon to your liking to cover the buttered bread.

    Lay thinly sliced apple on top of buttered bread.
  • 5
    Pop it in the toaster oven or conventional oven for desired done-ness.
  • 6
    Top with honey, grab your fork and enjoy!
