My husband & I went to an ant-inflammatory diet class and I have been finding new ways to enjoy food with as little processed food & sugar as possible. Honey is a surprisingly wonderful substitute for sugar, I might even say it's better! Dave's Killer Bread or Ezekiel bread are a healthy choice if you are going to eat bread! I use Dave's Good Seed bread.

Ingredients
- 1 slice dave's killer bread
- butter
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- ground cinnamon
- thinly sliced apple
- honey
How To Make sweet toast

Step 1Spread butter on one side of the bread.

Step 2Sprinkle just a pinch of ginger on the buttered bread. Ginger is an anti-inflammatory!

Step 3Sprinkle cinnamon to your liking to cover the buttered bread.

Step 4Lay thinly sliced apple on top of buttered bread.

Step 5Pop it in the toaster oven or conventional oven for desired done-ness.

Step 6Top with honey, grab your fork and enjoy!
