My husband made this delicious breakfast for me today,so I want to share the recipe.Happy Valentine's Day.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups white corn meal
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- pint salt
How To Make sweet cormeal crepes

Step 1Mix all ingredients.Put aside for 15 minutes.If is too thick add more milk;maybe 1/4 cup.The batter should be consistency of light cream.

Step 2Heat a well greased 6 inch skillet.Add 1/4 cup batter.tip skillet from side to side until batter covers bottom.cook until the bottom is golden brown,than turn and remove to plate.

Step 3Repeat with remaining batter.Serve with chocolate hazelnut spread,fresh fruits and top with whipped cream.Enjoy!
