How to Make Sweet Cormeal Crepes
- Mix all ingredients.Put aside for 15 minutes.If is too thick add more milk;maybe 1/4 cup.The batter should be consistency of light cream.
- Heat a well greased 6 inch skillet.Add 1/4 cup batter.tip skillet from side to side until batter covers bottom.cook until the bottom is golden brown,than turn and remove to plate.
- Repeat with remaining batter.Serve with chocolate hazelnut spread,fresh fruits and top with whipped cream.Enjoy!
