super fast & filling green tea and chia pudding
I like to keep bags of frozen fruit for an easy way to add vibrant flavor- today I made it with mango- DELISH!!!! Grating some dark chocolate on top adds both flavor and antioxidants. I like to use a really tasty organic dark chocolate.

- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind, dairy, almond, soy, coconut- if using coconut i water it down to a half and half mixture)
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoon honey
- 1 scoop protein powder
- - dark chocolate shavings or fruit to top
