"I was given this recipe at least 45 years ago and it has been a favorite with our family since then. Using sugar-free, and lite or low fat ingredients makes this a healthy choice. This is also a great summer salad served on a bed of lettuce."
Ingredients

1 smallbox lime gelatin

1 smallbox lemon gelatin

2 cboiling water
-
1 cpineapple juice
-
2-3 dash(es)(drops) green food coloring

1 ccrushed pineapple, drained

1 cevaporated milk
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
1 lbcottage cheese
-
1/2 cchopped walnuts (optional)
How to Make ST. PATRICK'S SALAD
- Dissolve gelatins in boiling water. Add juice and green food coloring (if desired). Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
- Fold in remaining ingredients and chill overnight until fully set.
