You can garnish with pretty much anything; granola, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, nuts, fruit, and or spices. I don't add sweeteners to my smoothies. If you don't feel yours is sweet enough, try agave syrup or honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 - raw shredded purple carrot
  • 1 - roasted red beet, chopped
  • 4-5 - frozen strawberries
  • 4-5 - frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 - banana, chopped
  • 1 - cup spring mix (or other greens)
  • 1 - cup beet juice (can add more if too thick)

How To Make purple power smoothie bowl

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl. Garnish with desired toppings. Enjoy!
