You can garnish with pretty much anything; granola, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, nuts, fruit, and or spices. I don't add sweeteners to my smoothies. If you don't feel yours is sweet enough, try agave syrup or honey.

Ingredients

    raw shredded purple carrot
  • 1
    roasted red beet, chopped
  • 4-5
    frozen strawberries
  • 4-5
    frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1
    banana, chopped
  • 1
    cup spring mix (or other greens)
  • 1
    cup beet juice (can add more if too thick)

How to Make Purple Power Smoothie Bowl

Step-by-Step

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl. Garnish with desired toppings. Enjoy!
