LIke I say, Breakfast is important to me so this here Pumpkin Seed Breakfast Bar is being placed on my towel ani't no use for a plate because its will be gone fast, Growing up in the country, Mama would get up a 3am and start cooking. Bet your tooting you would have a full tmmy before you let and would last all day, ending with a light supper. I love all fruits and nuts so this here is a spunky kinda breakfast treat. Ingredients
- 1/4 cup 100% organic virgin melted coconut oil
- 1 cup raw whole oats
- 1/2 cup raw lavender honey
- 1/2 cup dried unsweetened cranberies
- 2/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup extra fine flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pink himalayans salt
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup natural pumpkin puree
- 1 cup quaker quick oats
How To Make pumpkin seed breakfast bars

Step 1Preheat your oven of 350'F.Add parchment paper to a cookie sheet.

Step 2I a mixing bowl add warmed coconut oil with your raw honey. Set aside.

Step 3In a separate mixing bowl mix together your oats, pumkin seeds, cranberies,pumpkin pie spice,flax seed, and pink salt.

Step 4Then combine your eggs, pumpkin puree and your coconut oil & raw honey mix. Combine well together.

Step 5Take a 1/3 cup measuring cup and fill evenly, then carfully drop onto your baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes till just slightly brown When done, let them cool completly before moving off your baking pan.
