Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup sunflower nut butter
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 cup unprocessed wheat bran
- 1 cup powdered protein, whichever flavor you like (we use chocolate peanut butter)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chopped prunes
How To Make protein bars

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until combined (the mixture will be very thick). Be sure to combine well so the bars do not crumble.

Step 2Press the mixture evenly into an 8 x 8 greased baking dish. Refrigerate to firm. Cut into 8 bars.
