Fried potato seasoning I got all my spices from a family dollar store. They were all together about as much as you would pay for one spice in a grocery store. Your decide how spicy you want your potatoes by how much seasoning you sprinkle onto your potatoes. Mic time about 7-8 minutes per two average bakers. Fry time 10 minutes at med/ medium high heat turning when browned. 1 teaspoon Sharro “Italiano seasoning – roasted red pepper and garlic” 1 teaspoon Sharro “Italiano seasoning – Parmesan cheese and oregano” 3 teaspoons Garlic Powder (not garlic salt) 3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning Mix together and store in a old seasoning container. Makes ½ cup of seasoning. Great on fried potatoes, chicken, pork, seafood, French fries and onion rings.
