Blue Ribbon Recipe
Quick and easy this is a healthy breakfast kiddos will go crazy for. These would be great to have on hand for an after school snack too. Yummy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded coconut-no sugar added
- 1 cup instant oats
- 1 - bananas
- 1/4 cup strawberry jelly
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
How To Make peanut butter and jelly no bake muffins

Step 1In a medium bowl smash banana. Add all ingredients except peanut butter- mix together. Once mixed spray muffin tin with Pam. Put a few spoon full's in 6 of the tins till all is out of the bowl. Put peanut butter in a plastic zip lock and cut small hole in bottom. Put a small amount on each muffin. Refrigerate over night or for at least 2 hours. Bon ABpetite!
