old fashioned oats or steel cut
1/2 c
milk, 2%
1/3 c
yogurt, low-fat, plain
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 pinch
salt
1/2 c
fresh fruit like banana slices, strawberries, blueberries, etc
1/2 Tbsp
honey

Step-By-Step

1In a small resealable jar combine the oats, milk, yogurt, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
2Seal jar with lid and shake well. Refrigerate the jar overnight. Top with fresh fruit and honey before serving the next morning.
