  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats or steel cut
  • 1/2 cup milk, 2%
  • 1/3 cup yogurt, low-fat, plain
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit like banana slices, strawberries, blueberries, etc
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

How To Make overnight refrigerator oats with fruit and honey

  • Step 1
    In a small resealable jar combine the oats, milk, yogurt, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  • Step 2
    Seal jar with lid and shake well. Refrigerate the jar overnight. Top with fresh fruit and honey before serving the next morning.
