    milk, 2%
  • 1/3 c
    yogurt, low-fat, plain
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    fresh fruit like banana slices, strawberries, blueberries, etc
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    honey

How to Make Overnight Refrigerator Oats With Fruit And Honey

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small resealable jar combine the oats, milk, yogurt, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  2. Seal jar with lid and shake well. Refrigerate the jar overnight. Top with fresh fruit and honey before serving the next morning.
