i love oatmeal in the mornings this one tastes good and is good for you

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal, uncooked old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup milk, skim i used almond
  • 1/4 cup low fat greek yogurt i also tried banana and raspberry non greek style
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry jam, preserves or spread
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup raspberries cut each berry in half or enough to fill iar

How To Make overnight oatmeal in mason jars

  • Step 1
    In a half pint jar add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds and raspberry jam. Put lid on jar and shake until well combined.
  • Step 2
    Remove lid add raspberries and stir until mix throughout. Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or as long as 2 to 3 days. Eat chilled.
