Still experimenting with overnight oats! If you use the old-fashioned oats instead of muesli, you can add a few raisins or chopped nuts to the mix. NOTE: Cook time is overnight chill time.

Ingredients For overnight breakfast bowl

  • 1 c
    plain, non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c
    milk - any kind
  • 1 Tbsp
    syrup - cane, maple, rice, honey, etc. (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • pinch
    salt
  • 1/2-2/3 c
    muesli cereal or old-fashioned oats
  • 1 c
    chopped fruit or berries

How To Make overnight breakfast bowl

  • 1
    Mix yogurt, milk, syrup, salt, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth.

    Fold in cereal and fruit.

    Spoon into 2 individual containers. Refrigerate covered overnight.
  • 4
    Note: You can use banana as the fruit, but then add it before serving so it doesn't get brown and mushy. Unless you don't mind!
