My favorite recipe since I have been teaching Eat Right For Your Blood Type. The recipe is wheat and dairy free since 85% of the population should not eat wheat or dairy. Great with blue berries which is the greatest antioxidant we can eat.

Ingredients For oatmeal waffles or pancakes

1 csilk, almond breeze, or rice milk

3/4 cquick cooking oats,rolled (raw)

3/4 coat flour

1/4 cground flaxseed

2 Tbspsugar (i use raw sugar)

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt
-
2egg yolks slightly beaten
-
1 Tbspcanola oil
-
2egg whites
How To Make oatmeal waffles or pancakes

1Heat milk. Stir in oats and let stand for 5 minutes.

2Combine remaining dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then add oat/milk mixture. Add egg yolks and oil into the mix.

3Beat eggg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into batter.
