My favorite recipe since I have been teaching Eat Right For Your Blood Type. The recipe is wheat and dairy free since 85% of the population should not eat wheat or dairy. Great with blue berries which is the greatest antioxidant we can eat.

Ingredients
- 1 cup silk, almond breeze, or rice milk
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats,rolled (raw)
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons sugar (i use raw sugar)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - egg yolks slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 - egg whites
How To Make oatmeal waffles or pancakes

Step 1Heat milk. Stir in oats and let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 2Combine remaining dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then add oat/milk mixture. Add egg yolks and oil into the mix.

Step 3Beat eggg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into batter.
