    quick-cooking oats
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    non-fat butter milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 large
    egg
  • ·
    cooking spray

How to Make OATMEAL PANCAKES

Step-by-Step

  1. LIGHTLY SPOON FLOUR INTO A DRY MEASURING CUP; LEVEL WITH KNIFE. COMBINE THE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS IN A MEDIUM BOWL, STIRRING WITH A WISK.
  2. COMBINE BUTTERMILK, BUTTER AND EGG IN SMALL BOWL. ADD TO FLOUR MIXTURE, STIRRING JUST UNTIL MOIST.
  3. HEAT A NONSTICK SKILLET OVER MED HIGH HEAT. COAT THE PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY. SPOON ABOUT2 1/2 TBS, BATTER PER PANCAKE ONTO SKILLET. TURN PANCAKES OVER WHEN TOPS ARE COVERED WITH BUBBLES; COOK NTIL BOTTOMS ARE LIGHTLY BROWNED. SERVE WITH A SPRINKLE OF FRESH BLUEBERRIES AND YOUR FAVORITE LIGHT SYRUP!
