  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup non-fat butter milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large egg
  • - cooking spray

How To Make oatmeal pancakes

  • Step 1
    LIGHTLY SPOON FLOUR INTO A DRY MEASURING CUP; LEVEL WITH KNIFE. COMBINE THE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS IN A MEDIUM BOWL, STIRRING WITH A WISK.
  • Step 2
    COMBINE BUTTERMILK, BUTTER AND EGG IN SMALL BOWL. ADD TO FLOUR MIXTURE, STIRRING JUST UNTIL MOIST.
  • Step 3
    HEAT A NONSTICK SKILLET OVER MED HIGH HEAT. COAT THE PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY. SPOON ABOUT2 1/2 TBS, BATTER PER PANCAKE ONTO SKILLET. TURN PANCAKES OVER WHEN TOPS ARE COVERED WITH BUBBLES; COOK NTIL BOTTOMS ARE LIGHTLY BROWNED. SERVE WITH A SPRINKLE OF FRESH BLUEBERRIES AND YOUR FAVORITE LIGHT SYRUP!
