Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter, crunchy or 3/4 c creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups rice kripies cereal
- OPTIONAL MIXINS - CHOCOLATE CHIPS, RAISINS, NUTS, COCONUT, DRIED FRUIT, ETC
How To Make not your typical dry granola bars

Step 1Combine peanut butter, honey and brown sugar in microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, add vanilla.

Step 2Mix oats and rice krispies cereal in a large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal and mix well. Let cool slightly and add mixins.

Step 3Pat tightly into 9 x 11 pan, pressing the mixture into corners. Freeze 10-15 minutes to firm the bars. Cut in to bars and store in airtight container at room temperature.
