Ingredients

1 cpeanut butter, crunchy or 3/4 c creamy peanut butter

1/2 choney
-
1/4 cbrown sugar
-
1 tspvanilla
-
2 coats
-
1 1/2 crice kripies cereal

OPTIONAL MIXINS - CHOCOLATE CHIPS, RAISINS, NUTS, COCONUT, DRIED FRUIT, ETC
How to Make Not Your Typical Dry Granola Bars
- Combine peanut butter, honey and brown sugar in microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, add vanilla.
- Mix oats and rice krispies cereal in a large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal and mix well. Let cool slightly and add mixins.
- Pat tightly into 9 x 11 pan, pressing the mixture into corners. Freeze 10-15 minutes to firm the bars. Cut in to bars and store in airtight container at room temperature.
