Ingredients
- CAKE
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
- 11/2 tablespoons egg substitute
- 21/2 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- STREUSEL
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- FROSTING
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon milk
How To Make mug cinnamon streusel coffee cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8 oz ramekin with nonstick spray.

Step 2Whisk together sugar, yogurt, egg and vanilla until smooth.

Step 3Fold in flour and baking powder until combined.

Step 4For streusel: Mix together all ingredients, with fingers, until fine crumbs form.

Step 5Pour half of the batter into ramekin, top with half the streusel, then remaining batter and streusel.

Step 6Place on baking sheet and bake 20 - 25 minutes

Step 7Let cool. Turn onto plate.

Step 8Combine powdered sugar and milk to make frosting. Spoon on top.
