ma's coffee cake
This is the recipe Ma Burris made when she made coffee cake. I have yet to meet a coffee cake I don't like, but this one was always amazingly good with all the strussel and frosting!

Ingredients
- 1 package duncan hines yellow cake mix
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 - serving size vanilla instant pudding
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 - eggs
- STRUSSEL:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- FROSTING:
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- CINNAMON FROSTING:
- 1/2 cup vanilla frosting
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make ma's coffee cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat cake mix, pudding, oil, water and eggs for 2 min on med speed. Spread 3/4 batter into a greased 9x13. Cover with 2/3 strussel and remaining batter, then remaining strussel. Bake until toothpick comes out clean (look at the cake mix directions for an idea of the time).

Step 2Mix powdered sugar and milk, drizzle over cake when cool.

Step 3Heat frosting, 1 tsp margarine and cinnamon over med heat, drizzle over cake also.
