My day runs so much better when I take the time for breakfast, but getting up early enough to actually cook breakfast is another thing. When I found this recipe, I knew it was for me. LOL


This is a Prevention recipe.

low-fat strawberry yogurt
1 1/4 c
skim milk
3/4 c
fresh strawberries
3 Tbsp
nonfat dry milk powder
2 tsp
honey

How to Make Make A-Head Breakfast Shake

Step-by-Step

  • 1In blender, blend the yogurt, milk, berries, milk powder, and honey until smooth. Place in single serving containers and freeze.
  • 2Just thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Stir well and drink. Easy yummy breakfast!
  • 3NOTE: Try using blueberry yogurt and fresh blueberries for a change of taste. Or prepare both kinds so you can mix breakfast up a bit.
