How to Make Make A-Head Breakfast Shake
- 1In blender, blend the yogurt, milk, berries, milk powder, and honey until smooth. Place in single serving containers and freeze.
- 2Just thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Stir well and drink. Easy yummy breakfast!
- 3NOTE: Try using blueberry yogurt and fresh blueberries for a change of taste. Or prepare both kinds so you can mix breakfast up a bit.
