My day runs so much better when I take the time for breakfast, but getting up early enough to actually cook breakfast is another thing. When I found this recipe, I knew it was for me. LOL This is a Prevention recipe.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces low-fat strawberry yogurt
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 3/4 cup fresh strawberries
- 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 teaspoons honey
How To Make make a-head breakfast shake

Step 1In blender, blend the yogurt, milk, berries, milk powder, and honey until smooth. Place in single serving containers and freeze.

Step 2Just thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Stir well and drink. Easy yummy breakfast!

Step 3NOTE: Try using blueberry yogurt and fresh blueberries for a change of taste. Or prepare both kinds so you can mix breakfast up a bit.
