This low carb recipe has the texture of oatmeal and my go to recipe for breakfast. The flax meal keeps me full all morning because of the fiber. My daughter loved this when she low carbed after having a baby!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 scoop whey protein powder
  • 4 tablespoons flax meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
  • 1/8 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/8 cup davinci sugar free vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 cup hot water

How To Make low carb "mock oatmeal"

  • Step 1
    Mix dry ingredients in bowl making sure to remove lumps from protein powder.
  • Step 2
    Add wet ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Microwave 1 min 30 seconds. Remove, stir well and enjoy!
  • Step 4
    Approximately 3 net carbs, induction friendly.
