Ingredients
- 1 pound lox filet, thinly sliced
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 large sundried tomato bagels
- 6-8 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 medium zest of 1 lemon
- 2-3 tablespoons capers
- 4 pinches course black pepper

Step 1in a small mixing bowl, fold lemon zest into cream cheese. split bagels in half. **build your sammie** spread cream cheese on all slices, on the bottom half of the bagel, add capers, lox, tomatoes and sprinkle with pepper. place the top half of the bagel on. slice and serve!
