2 slice0 carb bread (i use aldi wheat)
3 slicethick sliced bacon, precooked
1 slicecheese (i used colby jack)
2 Tbspsugar-free maple syrup or blueberry
How to Make Keto Monte Cristo Breakfast Sandwich
- Heat nonstick skillet to medium heat. Place butter in skillet and allow to melt.
- Beat eggs in a shallow dish and coat both sides of first slice of bread; Place in melted butter and brown on both sides; remove to plate and repeat with other slice of bread, leaving this piece in the skillet. Now you have 2 pieces of french toast.
