  • 3/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    ground flaxseed
  • 1 dash(es)
    pink himilayin salt
  • 1 large
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweetener like swerve
  • 2 Tbsp
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 c
    fresh blueberries

How to Make Keto Porridge


  1. In a medium saucepan on medium high heat, boil water, coconut flour, flaxseed and salt, whisking. Reduce heat to medium low.
  2. Beat egg in a small bowl and, while whisking, gradually add to mitxure in saucepan.
  3. Add cinnamon, butter, sweetener and half of the whipping cream and whisk. Continue to cook and whisk.
  4. After 4-5 min, pour into serving bowl and top with blueberries and remaining cream.
