Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 dash pink himilayin salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon sweetener like swerve
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
How To Make keto porridge

Step 1In a medium saucepan on medium high heat, boil water, coconut flour, flaxseed and salt, whisking. Reduce heat to medium low.

Step 2Beat egg in a small bowl and, while whisking, gradually add to mitxure in saucepan.

Step 3Add cinnamon, butter, sweetener and half of the whipping cream and whisk. Continue to cook and whisk.

Step 4After 4-5 min, pour into serving bowl and top with blueberries and remaining cream.
