Ingredients
- 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 2 tablespoons ground flax meal
- 2 tablespoons toasted wheat bran
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon dark molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make irish pumpkin oats

Step 1Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan. Add steel-cut oats, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, until all water is absorbed into oats.

Step 2Stir in all remaining ingredients except for vanilla, cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
