Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • 1 can salmon, drained and flaked (6 oz)
  • 1/2 cup baking mix (like Bisquick)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make impossible salmon and asparagus pie

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle asparagus, onions, 3/4 cup of the cheese, and the salmon in pie plate.
  • Step 2
    Stir remaining ingredients in a bowl until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  • Step 3
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake about 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
