I have made this so many times, I've lost count. After you try this you'll never want to buy store granola again. Super Yummy.

Ingredients For honey granola

  • 4 c
    old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 c
    coarsely chopped nuts (your preference)
  • 1 c
    golden raisins
  • 3/4 c
    honey
  • 1/2 c
    salted butter
  • 2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make honey granola

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, nuts and raisins in a large bowl. Mix well and set aside. Combine honey, butter, cinnamon, vanilla and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for one minute. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture; toss until well blended. Spread on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir every 5 minutes. Cool completely. Crumble and store at room temperature in airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy.
