- 1/4 cup pecan
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter, room temperature
How To Make hearty breakfast muffins

Step 1pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Step 3mix together in another bowl the wet ingredients

Step 4add the wet to the dry and mix well. divide batter equally in muffin tins ( also can be made as a loaf) bake for 30 mins or when a toothpick comes out clean.
