How to Make Healthy Pancakes
- In mixing bowl, mix eggs with oil and low-fat milk. Stir in baking soda, wheat germ, and flour; mix until well blended.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle. Brown on both sies, turning once.
Use fresh fruit and a small amount of real maple syrup, honey or molasses for your pancakes and don't forget to add the calories for your toppings.
