How to Make Healthy Oat Meal
- Mix oats, water, and peanut butter together in a microwavable bowl.
- Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on high in the microwave stirring half way through.
- When finished stir thoroughly (add additional water if you want them thinner) and enjoy.
- This healthy recipe was given to me by my personal trainer and it absolutely fills you and gives you lots of energy for several hours.
Some people double the recipe. I have had Gastric Bypass and don't eat the normal amount so don't hesitate to double it.
