1Mix oats, water, and peanut butter together in a microwavable bowl.
2Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on high in the microwave stirring half way through.
3When finished stir thoroughly (add additional water if you want them thinner) and enjoy.
4This healthy recipe was given to me by my personal trainer and it absolutely fills you and gives you lots of energy for several hours.
Some people double the recipe. I have had Gastric Bypass and don't eat the normal amount so don't hesitate to double it.
