Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup instant oats (tall round container)
  • 1/2 cup water (more if you like them thinner)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons "natural" peanut butter

How To Make healthy oat meal

  • Step 1
    Mix oats, water, and peanut butter together in a microwavable bowl.
  • Step 2
    Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on high in the microwave stirring half way through.
  • Step 3
    When finished stir thoroughly (add additional water if you want them thinner) and enjoy.
  • Step 4
    This healthy recipe was given to me by my personal trainer and it absolutely fills you and gives you lots of energy for several hours. Some people double the recipe. I have had Gastric Bypass and don't eat the normal amount so don't hesitate to double it.
