Ingredients
- 1/4 cup instant oats (tall round container)
- 1/2 cup water (more if you like them thinner)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons "natural" peanut butter
How To Make healthy oat meal

Step 1Mix oats, water, and peanut butter together in a microwavable bowl.

Step 2Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on high in the microwave stirring half way through.

Step 3When finished stir thoroughly (add additional water if you want them thinner) and enjoy.

Step 4This healthy recipe was given to me by my personal trainer and it absolutely fills you and gives you lots of energy for several hours. Some people double the recipe. I have had Gastric Bypass and don't eat the normal amount so don't hesitate to double it.
