1/4 c
instant oats (tall round container)
1/2 c
water (more if you like them thinner)
1 1/2 Tbsp
"natural" peanut butter

How to Make Healthy Oat Meal


  • 1Mix oats, water, and peanut butter together in a microwavable bowl.
  • 2Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on high in the microwave stirring half way through.
  • 3When finished stir thoroughly (add additional water if you want them thinner) and enjoy.
  • 4This healthy recipe was given to me by my personal trainer and it absolutely fills you and gives you lots of energy for several hours.
    Some people double the recipe. I have had Gastric Bypass and don't eat the normal amount so don't hesitate to double it.
