How to Make Healthy breakfast mushroom pizza.
- 1Heat oven to 450. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. In lg bowl, beat Egg Beaters, salt, pepper and milk. In lg skillet, melt butter over med-low heat. Add egg mix, scramble until firm, but not brown. Spread egg mix evenly over crust. Cover evenly w/ mushrooms and cheese. Bake 10-12 min, or until cheese melts.
