Ingredients
- egg beater - equivalent to 6 eggs.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons fat-free milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 - boboli whole wheat pizz crust, or other ready made crust
- 6 ounces fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make healthy breakfast mushroom pizza.

Step 1Heat oven to 450. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. In lg bowl, beat Egg Beaters, salt, pepper and milk. In lg skillet, melt butter over med-low heat. Add egg mix, scramble until firm, but not brown. Spread egg mix evenly over crust. Cover evenly w/ mushrooms and cheese. Bake 10-12 min, or until cheese melts.
