Ingredients For healthy "breakfast cake"

  • 1 c
    oat flour
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp
    all spice (optioanl)
  • 3
    egg whites
  • 3/4 c
    splenda or stevia in the raw
  • 1/2 c
    greek yogurt (for example, fage)
  • 8 oz
    baby food or fruit puree
  • 2
    scoops protein powder
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    ground flax seed

How To Make healthy "breakfast cake"

    Mix dry ingredients together.

    Mix wet ingredients together.
  • 3
    Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix well. Pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
