This is a great breakfast or pre/post workout snack. You can use any flavor of baby food or fruit with any flavor of protein. Get creative! :)

Ingredients

1 c
oat flour
2 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
nutmeg
1/8 tsp
all spice (optioanl)

egg whites
3/4 c
splenda or stevia in the raw
1/2 c
greek yogurt (for example, fage)
8 oz
baby food or fruit puree
2
scoops protein powder
3-4 Tbsp
ground flax seed

How to Make Healthy "Breakfast Cake"

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix dry ingredients together.
  • 2Mix wet ingredients together.
  • 3Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix well. Pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan.
  • 4Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
