Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon all spice (optioanl)
- 3 - egg whites
- 3/4 cup splenda or stevia in the raw
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (for example, fage)
- 8 ounces baby food or fruit puree
- 2 - scoops protein powder
- 3-4 tablespoons ground flax seed
How To Make healthy "breakfast cake"

Step 1Mix dry ingredients together.

Step 2Mix wet ingredients together.

Step 3Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix well. Pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
