1 cup milk

1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

How To Make griddle cakes

Step 1

Beat the egg and add milk. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Beat into mixture. Add the oil.

Step 2

Drop by tablespoon on hot griddle and brown on both sides. Serve with maple syrup or jam.
