granola clusters
This is my own version of two different recipes. Took out a few things and added a few others. Delicious cold or add 1/2 cup of milk and microwave.

Ingredients
- 3 cups quaker oats (i use quick quaker oats)
- 1 cup almonds (coarsely chopped0
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup dried apricots (cut in small pieces)
- 1/2 cup craisins (dried cranberries
How To Make granola clusters

Step 1Line a large cookie sheet (with sides) with Parchment paper.

Step 2Using large bowl, Add oats, Pecans and Almonds. Stir in Canola oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla.

Step 3Spread the mixture out onto the Parchment paper that is on the cookie sheet.

Step 4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.

Step 5When done, cool completely. Then stir in dried fruit. Enjoy!

Step 6I also added sliced Almonds. Love Nuts!
