Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    honey roasted peanuts
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 3 c
    granola cerial (without raisins)

How to Make Granola Bars "Gift in a jar"

Step-by-Step

  1. Layer in 1 qt wide mouth jar. Gift with this tag:
  2. Granola Bars

    Empty into a large bowl, blend well. Add:
    1 stick melted butter
    1 egg
    Mix until blended. Spread in a sprayed 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes cool in pan and slice into 2x4 inch bars. Makes 8.
