How to Make Good for you "Granola"
- 1Mix oats, nuts, seeds in a large bowl
Microwave for 5 minutes, sugar & water in a small bowl. remove from microwave, add vanilla and salt.
Pour over nuts and oats; toss and mix well to coat.
- 2layer flat on a large cookie sheet with sides. I love the large pampered chef bar stone.. Bake 275 oven for 1 hour. Should be light brown and look crispy.
- 3Cool on a rack for 30 minutes. Break apart and store in airtight containers.
