I eat this EVERY morning! I use rolled oats because they are better for you and almond milk for the same reason but skim or 1% is fine the specs will be different though. Calories 206 Fat 4 g Carbs 37 g Protein 7 g Sugar 8 g Sodium 78 g Calories from my fitness pal (great tool)

- 1/2 cup original almond milk or vanilla unsweetened(not sweetened)
- 1/2 cup quaker rolled old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup libby's plain canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon stevia in the raw
- 1 dash cinnamon or pumpkin spice
