1/2 cquaker rolled old fashioned oats

1/3 clibby's plain canned pumpkin

1 tspstevia in the raw

1 dashcinnamon or pumpkin spice

1Mix all your ingredients into a microwave safe bowl.Put in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds - 2 minutes (test for yourself) Done...yum! Enjoy!
