I know that this is not my typical "recipe" but I just had to share this find with everyone who are looking for gluten free recipes. Thanks to Betty Crocker for the Bisquick that is now available Gluten Free.

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 - egg
How To Make gluten free pancakes

Step 1Stir ingredients until blended. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden.

Step 2I poured sugar free syrup on....yumm. And with one had a little sugar free blackberry jam...yumm yumm. Enjoy
