These are a recipe from Elana's Pantry. I love the taste of these bars. You can add different nuts and seeds to it if you like.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups blanced almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup almond slivers
- 1/4 cup raisins
How To Make gluten free breakfast bars

Step 1Grease an 8x8" baking pan. Preheat oven to 350'F.

Step 2In a small bowl add the almond flour, salt and baking soda.

Step 3In a large bowl combine the grapeseed oil, agave and vanilla.

Step 4Stir the dry ingredients into the wet

Step 5Mix in the coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slivers and raisins.

Step 6Press into your baking pan and pat down making it even.

Step 7Bake. Allow to cool and cut.
