These are a recipe from Elana's Pantry. I love the taste of these bars. You can add different nuts and seeds to it if you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups blanced almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond slivers
  • 1/4 cup raisins

How To Make gluten free breakfast bars

  • Step 1
    Grease an 8x8" baking pan. Preheat oven to 350'F.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl add the almond flour, salt and baking soda.
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl combine the grapeseed oil, agave and vanilla.
  • Step 4
    Stir the dry ingredients into the wet
  • Step 5
    Mix in the coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slivers and raisins.
  • Step 6
    Press into your baking pan and pat down making it even.
  • Step 7
    Bake. Allow to cool and cut.
  • Step 8
    Enjoy!
