These are a recipe from Elana's Pantry. I love the taste of these bars. You can add different nuts and seeds to it if you like.

blanced almond flour
1/4 tsp
celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp
baking soda
1/4 c
grapeseed oil
1/4 c
agave nectar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
shredded coconut
1/2 c
pumpkin seeds
1/2 c
sunflower seeds
1/4 c
almond slivers
1/4 c

How to Make Gluten Free Breakfast Bars


  • 1Grease an 8x8" baking pan. Preheat oven to 350'F.
  • 2In a small bowl add the almond flour, salt and baking soda.
  • 3In a large bowl combine the grapeseed oil, agave and vanilla.
  • 4Stir the dry ingredients into the wet
  • 5Mix in the coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slivers and raisins.
  • 6Press into your baking pan and pat down making it even.
  • 7Bake. Allow to cool and cut.
  • 8Enjoy!
