Ingredients
- 4 cups cup of dried beans, soaked in cold water with one teaspoon of soda, throughout the night (or 2 cans of canned beans cooked)
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 0.5 cup chopped parsley (for decoration)
- 2 cloves cloves of garlic,
- 0.5 cup lemon juice
- 0.5 tablespoon finely grated , hot green or red pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon snatch cumin

Step 1preparation of the beans : soak the beans in cold water with one teaspoon of soda, throughout the night , ( you can do so for the whole quantity and keep the in the freezer , after boiling them, for future use .

Step 21. Wash beans soaked, and placed in a pot, and cover in cold water, and cook on the stove until cooked, maintains , and set aside 2. Placed beans cooked in a dish 3. Add garlic mashed, and lemon juice 4. Mashing slightly with a fork, and add the cumin and salt 5. Add to the mashed beans, some of the cooking water, if necessary, to reduce the intensity, taste, and adjust seasoning, to taste 6. serve hot, decorated with parsley , chopped tomato and olive oil.
