This is delicious on a cold winter morning. It can be doubled and prepared in a 9x13 pan to serve at brunch or to feed a larger crowd!

Ingredients

1 c
milk
2 1/2 c
oats, uncooked
1/3 c
brown sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 c
raisins
1 Tbsp
craisins
1 Tbsp
dried blueberries
1
granny smith apple peeled and diced
1 tsp
baking powder
1 Tbsp
butter, melted
1
egg
1 tsp
vanilla

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8 inch dish lightly with cooking spray.
2In a bowl, combine milk, butter, egg and vanilla. Stir until well blended and set aside.
3In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add milk mixture and stir until well blended.
4Pour mixture into prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve oatmeal with your favorite toppings!
