Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups oats, uncooked
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon craisins
- 1 tablespoon dried blueberries
- 1 - granny smith apple peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make fruity baked oatmeal

Step 1preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8 inch dish lightly with cooking spray.

Step 2In a bowl, combine milk, butter, egg and vanilla. Stir until well blended and set aside.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add milk mixture and stir until well blended.

Step 4Pour mixture into prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve oatmeal with your favorite toppings!
