1 3/4 cwater
2 scoop(s)vanilla protein powder
2 Tbspcanola oil
2 coatmeal, uncooked - not quick cooking
2 Tbspbrown sugar
1/2 tspbaking soda
2 tspbaking powder
How to Make Flourless Blender Oatmeal Pancakes
- Place oatmeal in the blender and blend on high/pulse until oats have a flour consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Cook on hot griddle with melted butter or sprayed with your favorite cooking spray. You can also cook in hot waffle iron...make sure to spray the iron.
Note: You can substitute the protein powder and water for 1 3/4 cup of buttermilk. If you do not have buttermilk you can mix regular milk with 1 Tablespoon of vinegar.
The mix will seem thin, but will thicked after it sits for a little bit. No flour is needed!
