- flaxseed ground into meal
- 1/2 c
- boiling water
- 1 Tbsp
- 1/4 tsp
- 1 pinch
- 2 Tbsp
- almond butter
- almond milk to taste
- stevia sweetner if desired
How to Make FLAXSEED HOT CEREAL--LOW CARB--BONNIE'S
- 2Place the ground flax seed in the bowl, add the boiling water, add cinnamon and nutmeg and Stevia sweetener.
- 3Stir well, then add the applesauce and the almond butter.
- 4Stir again and add almond milk as desired.
- 5Optional: peanut butter instead of almond butter or add cranberries, or berries if desired. (10 grams of fiber and 14 grams of protein)
