- 2Place the ground flax seed in the bowl, add the boiling water, add cinnamon and nutmeg and Stevia sweetener.
- 3Stir well, then add the applesauce and the almond butter.
- 4Stir again and add almond milk as desired.
- 5Optional: peanut butter instead of almond butter or add cranberries, or berries if desired. (10 grams of fiber and 14 grams of protein)
