THESE ARE VERY GOOD. YOU CAN DO ALL WHOLE WHEAT BUT WE LIKE THEM LIKE THIS. THEY ARE VERY FILLING. A LITTLE SUGAR FREE SYRUP THEY ARE GREAT. MY GRANDSON SAYS THEY ARE BETTER THAN THE PANCAKE HOUSES.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour,
  • 2 cups flour, white, self rising
  • 1/4 cup hershey chocolate syrup sugar free
  • 2 1/2 cups milk, 2%
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 - egg, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons dark coco powder
  • 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

  • Step 1
    BEAT EGG, MIX IN MILK,.AND CHOCOLATE SYRUP. MIX. mix in another bowl the flours, sugar, baking powder,coco powder,salt. now pour slowly while mixing, into egg batter. Now mix in the chocolate chips. MIX WELL. HEAT SKILLET SPRAY WITH PAM COOKING OIL. POUR BATTER ONTO HOT SKILLET LET SET WHEN BUBBLES FORM LET SET FOR ABOUT 1 MIN OR SO. FLIP AND COOK OTHER SIDE . YOUR PANCAKE SHOULD BE THE SIZE OF A DVD DISK. YOU CAN DOUBLE OR TRIPLE RECIPE AND COOK ALL PANCAKES AND FREEZE LEFT OVERS AND JUST PULL OUT WHAT YOU NEED AND PASS IT THOUGH THE TOASTER,m or micowave, which I prefer MY HUBBY MAKES UP ABOUT 30 AT A TIME. LASTS FOR A FEW WEEKS AND TASTES LIKE IT WAS JUST MADE. ENJOY!!
