easy overnight cinnamon rolls
This recipe makes 32 cinnamon rolls that are so easy to make, and you can even add dried fruit, or fresh/frozen blueberries for an added surprise.

- 1 box french vanilla cake mix
- 5 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup cinnamon & sugar mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make easy overnight cinnamon rolls

Step 1Stir together the cake mix, yeast, flour, salt, and warm water.

Step 2Let rise in a warm place (free from drafts) about an hour.

Step 3Turn dough out onto a well-floured surface; divide in half.

Step 4Roll one portion into an 18 x 12 inch rectangle. Brush with half of the melted butter and sprinkle with half the cinnamon/sugar mix, then half the pecans. Roll up starting at the long end; cut crosswise into 16 (1 inch) slices. Place rolls into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.

Step 5Repeat with the remaining dough.

Step 6Cover and chill for 8 hours, or overnight. Remove from the refrigerator, and let stand for 30 minutes.

Step 7Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until golden. Cool slightly.

Step 8Stir together powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and lemon juice. Drizzle over warm rolls and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
