A good friend, Emily gave this recipe to me. She stores it in an air tight container in her pantry. Emily says it lasts for weeks!

  • 4 c
    old fashioined rolled oats
  • 1 c
    sliced almonds
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • ·
    cinnamon (to taste)
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 1/2 c
    raisin or other dried fruit

How to Make Easy Granola


  1. Mix together all ingredients, except the raisins. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 12-15 min. or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Once cool, break into bite size pieces and mix in raisins. Store in an air tight container.
