A good friend, Emily gave this recipe to me. She stores it in an air tight container in her pantry. Emily says it lasts for weeks!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups old fashioined rolled oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • - cinnamon (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups raisin or other dried fruit

How To Make easy granola

  • Step 1
    Mix together all ingredients, except the raisins. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 12-15 min. or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Once cool, break into bite size pieces and mix in raisins. Store in an air tight container.
