A good friend, Emily gave this recipe to me. She stores it in an air tight container in her pantry. Emily says it lasts for weeks!

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

4 c
old fashioined rolled oats
1 c
sliced almonds
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
cinnamon (to taste)
1/3 c
oil
1/4 c
honey
2 Tbsp
sugar
2 tsp
vanilla
1 1/2 c
raisin or other dried fruit

How to Make Easy Granola

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix together all ingredients, except the raisins. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 12-15 min. or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Once cool, break into bite size pieces and mix in raisins. Store in an air tight container.
