easy breakfast potatoes
Today Eric was busy so it was up to me to make breakfast. this quick easy way to make fried potatoes brought the entire meal to the table in just less than 20 minutes. You can double or triple the recipe as you see fit

Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1/4 - onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- - oil for frying
How To Make easy breakfast potatoes

Step 1Pierce the skin of two potatoes and microwave for 6 minutes. Remove from Microwave and think chunk the potatoes. (discard any skin that peals away)

Step 2In a fry pan heat oil over medium heat. Add potatoes, onions, garlic and seasoning. Fry and turn the potatoes about every 5 minutes.
